Thriller Social Club was introduced to Arrow Events as a third-party events management company for our new business as we emerged from Covid. What originally began as a cost effective solution to manage our events business (we were fearful of hiring a full-time hire at the time) has developed into a valuable partnership that has driven a lot of our strategic decision making to date. Not only do Kristen and Marissa understand the nuances of managing corporate clients and event planners around sensitive corporate off-sites and annual galas and seasonal happy hours, but they have taken the time to understand the needs of our own business. In short, they behave like hospitality veterans while thinking like business owners. Our corporate events success is owed, in large part, to their processes and efforts and business intuition. We view Arrow Events as a valuable part of our business.

Her direction through the last 4 years has refined our event business and generated substantial profit margins for our restaurant. Her dedication to client satisfaction has brought repeat business as well as generous positive feedback from guests. Marissa is a total rock that is reliable, gracious, kind, and executes with grace and panache. We consider ourselves lucky to have built our event business and memories with her. “

"Marissa creates magic at the events she produces. For those of us lucky enough to work with her, including our organization, the Center For Investigative Reporting, she proves that there are no limitations to her skill, with each event seemingly better than the last. Whatever the effort, the complicated logistics, the special sensibilities, the desired moods that are required of her, she makes hard feel easy. Events are, by their nature, tricky and unpredictable; the one thing we can count on is Marissa’s cheerful, consistent, can-do (and does) attitude. We are so grateful to Marissa and her team; we couldn’t do it without her."

"We have had the pleasure of working with Arrow Events for the past four years on an event that we host in San Francisco. Marissa has a perfect balance of professionalism and a relaxed attitude which suits us perfectly. She is very accommodating to our requests and has proven herself to be very trustworthy, kind and fun. Marissa makes our event very easy to plan."

"The Arrow Events team was highly responsive and incredibly organized and made the entire booking process very stress free and easy for myself and my client."
Maria Hooper
Senior Event Planner at Event Strategy Group
"ARW was the perfect planning complement to our large corporate event hosted in San Francisco. They were excellent on-the-ground resources: we counted on them as full team members to source, meet and vet local vendors, carry out site visits and manage an onsite food & beverage program for over 1000 guests. Engaging them during the planning process meant they were 100% prepared to support the execution on event day."
"Marissa D'Orazio of Arrow Events is a heaven-sent, miracle-working, logistics queen, rockstar who has devoted countless volunteer hours in staging our annual art auction fundraiser. With her expertise in events planning, her inside connections to key businesses, and her outright hustle, she was instrumental in helping our organization raise over $200K for the folks in our neighborhood struggling with homelessness and other socioeconomic barriers. We are ever so grateful!"
